Carbon Filament Roller
Carbon fiber rollers are manufactured using carbon fiber composite materials through a filament winding process. This method allows for flexible design of the layering of carbon fiber prepregs. Based on the strength requirements of the fuzzing roller in various directions, the layering pattern of the prepreg can be rationally designed. Additionally, the layering design can be tailored according to the product's dimensions and performance requirements, making it easy to control the thickness of the layers and enabling the production of longer roller surfaces.
These rollers offer significant advantages, including light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. Compared to traditional steel rollers, the carbon fiber material substantially reduces the roller's self-weight, effectively decreasing the operational load on equipment and improving mechanical response speed.
